2. Saat mulai menulis skill secara otomatis meningkat. Saat skill sudah mencapai level tertentu maka kita bisa menulis lebih banyak jenis-jenis novel.

3. Yang paling banyak yang akan menghasilkan uang adalah “Romance Novels”. Kamu akan mendapat royalti selama 6 minggu saat menyelesaikan satu buah novel.

4. Apabila skill menulis sudah maksimal, kamu bisa mengumpulkan uang sebanyak 40.000 perminggu, gunakan 34.800 untuk membeli saham / berpartner dengan usaha-usaha bisnis yang ada di kota untuk meningkatkan penghasilan mu. Klik usaha yang diinginkan pada map view klik pilih partner with ....

5. Selama tiga minggu dalam game kamu akan memiliki kemampuan menulis yang sangat cepat, 9/10 novel mu akan menjadi best seller dan 100.000 akan masuk ke kas rumah tanggamu.

Berteman dengan cara mudah

Membina hubungan pertemanan dengan masyarakat Sims memang cukup sulit. Kita musti rajin ngobrol ngalor ngidul nggak karu-karuan yang nggak jelas tujuannya menjadi seperti apa

Bahkan tak jarang maksud hati ingin berteman malah akhirnya menjadi musuh.

Agar bisa dengan mudah menjadi teman di lingkungan kita sangat mudah, ikuti saja langkah-langkah berikut :

1. Beli lah sebuah gitar, mainkan untuk belajar memainkan gitar. Semakin tinggi skill gitar mu, semakin cepat Sims yang lain akan berteman dengan mu.
2. Teruslah bermain gitar hingga mencapai level 5/10, saat mencapai level ini kamu akan memiliki ability “play for tips”.
3. Saat sudah memiliki ability tersebut, pergilah ketaman kota dengan memasukan gitar ke dalam inventory mu. Caranya cukup sorot dengan kursor gitar kemudian seret ke dalam inventory.

4. Sesampainya di taman kota, click pada ikon gitar dalam inventory mu dan kemudian pilih “play for tips”.

Agar Sims kamu tidak menua

Saat bermain game pergilah ke layar menu options menu, pilih “Game Options”, kemudian lihat “Options” pilih pilihan conteng untuk "aging on atau off".

Buat kamu-kamu yang tidak ingin repot-repot dan ingin memainkan The Sims 3 dengan cara mudah bisa menggunakan cheat berikut ini :

Saat bermain game ini, tekan CTRL + SHIFT + C pada keyboard mu secara bersamaan untuk menampilkan window cheat console. Pada kolom text yang ada di pojok kiri layar mu ketik salah satu kode di bawah ini yang kamu inginkan kemudian jika sudah diketik dengan benar tekan saja langsung ENTER untuk mendapatkan efek yang dikehendaki.

Kaching — Get 1,000 more Simoleons added to your household funds.
Motherlode — Get 50,000 more Simoleons added to your household funds.
moveObjects on [or off] — Hand tool can move any object anywhere in buy and build modes. Basically removes limitations for placing/moving objects
testingCheatsenabled true [or false] — Enables testing cheats on objects. Lets you move your Sims’ status (fun, energy and other) bars by clicking and dragging them. Note: This will unlock everything that you could also do in The Sims 2 with the boolProp testingcheatsenabled true/false command.
constrainFloorElevation true [or false] — Allows terrain adjustments regardless of objects/Sims/etc on them.
disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt on [or off] — When on, objects will not snap to slots while holding ALT.
enablellamas on [or off] — Unknown result, it doesn’t seem to do anything, so it might be a joke.
fadeObjects on [or off] — Toggles whether objects fade when the camera gets close to them. Does not affect Sims.
fullscreen on [or off] — Turns full-screen on or off.
hideHeadlineEffects on [or off] — Shows or hides the talk/thought balloons above Sim heads.
jokePlease — Prints a random joke to the console.
quit — Exits the game.
fps on [or off] — Shows the framerate in upper right corner.
resetSim [first name here] [last name here] — Returns Sims to a safe, neutral state at their home location.
slowMotionViz 8 [down to 0] — Puts visuals in slow motion. 0 is normal, with 8 being the slowest. Does not affect the speed of time in-game.
unlockOutfits on [or off] — This must be entered before going into CAS. Shows career outfits and service uniforms.
familyfunds [Familyname] # — Add or extract money for a chosen family.
help — Shows all the cheats in The Sims 3 like this list does.
